The Sims 4: Speed Build – Budget Apartment Renovation

Welcome to a new speed build in The Sims 4! I was finally able to get the City Living expansion pack! Instead of building my own apartment or penthouse, I’ve preferred to renovate an existing one first, to familiarize with some of the new building objects. So I’ve furnished one of the apartment units of the Culpepper House, in the Spice Market neighborhood. I wanted it to be kind of a ‘starter apartment’, so I’ve tried to use the cheapest furniture, but making it look a bit nicer. There are some empty walls and spaces, so that the sims can fill them up with art and new furniture once they start making more money. The final price of the apartment is [weekly rent 600$ / deposit 550$ / furnishings 9610$] Also, part of the bedroom doesn’t appear in the video, I wasn’t happy with how it looked, so I changed it after recording. As always, thanks for watching, I hope you enjoy it and don’t forget to leave a comment!
